FALL
SEPTEMBER | OCTOBER
In the Fall we offer specialized “Pre Season” training to prepare players for the upcoming rigors of tournament play. Activities take place once-a-week to allow players time to focus on fall sports.
PROGRAMS
5v5 Fall Ball Training - Small-sided play quick reaction training. Offered in Playa Vista & Conejo Valley
HLT Training Sessions - Speed, agility and strength training combined with advanced stick work. Offered in Santa Monica, South Bay, & Conejo Valley

WINTER
NOVEMBER | DECEMBER | JANUARY
During the winter months we start our weekly team practices/training and attend tournaments with our Local Tournament Teams & Select Teams.
PROGRAMS
Local Tournament Teams - Offered in Santa Monica, South Bay, & Conejo Valley. Teams practice in their local area. Play in SoCal tournaments.
Select Teams - Made up of players from all 3 areas. Compete regionally and nationally.

SPRING
MARCH | APRIL | MAY
Due to the HS CIF and youth recreational lacrosse seasons we typically do not offer any Fire programming in the Spring. Based on demand, we will offer a training & scrimmage program for HS players at non-CIF schools.

SUMMER
JUNE | JULY | AUGUST
During the Summer months we start our weekly team practices/training and attend tournaments with our Local Teams & Select Teams. Summer is very similar to the Winter Season except the season is shorter, spanning about 6 weeks.
PROGRAMS
Local Tournament Teams - Offered in Santa Monica, South Bay, & Conejo Valley. Teams practice locally.
Select Teams - Made up of players from all 3 areas. Compete regionally and nationally.
Fire Player Evaluations - Occur at the end of the Summer Season with one session at the end of July and another at the end of August.
