Congratulations to Maya Jaeger on her commitment to play Division I lacrosse at George Mason University!

Maya has had big dreams and stars in her eyes about playing college lacrosse since she first picked up a stick as a 5th grader. With unwavering dedication, grit, and a lot of hours of practice logged, Maya’s college lacrosse dreams are finally coming true! She is our infamous backbone leader and lockdown defender, sly interceptor, and chills-worthy playmaker.

Despite her best efforts to avoid a compliment, Maya is an incredible teammate, friend, and impact player. She cares the most, and often leads by example without even knowing it. She embodies what it means to ‘Be An Athlete’ and her trajectory reminds us to stay the path, keep dreaming big, and committing to yourself every day. Maya’s integrity, work ethic, and quiet consistency has helped lead the way in Fire’s success and we can’t wait to watch her soar at the next level!
